violating someone's privacy, providing or creating computer viruses
or pirating any media.
Access, reload or “refresh” or make any other requests
to transactional servers more than once during any three second
interval.
Use or create an account for another individual or entity without
authorization or create a false identity on the Website.
Violations of system or
network security may result in discontinuing your access to the web
site and services, and/or civil or criminal liability.

Posting,
Content, and Conduct

waiver of any term of the Agreement will be deemed a further
